KB0001001 Resetting your SSO password Access
Use the self-service portal: Profile → Security → Reset password. If you are locked out, the Service Desk can issue a temporary password after identity verification.
KB0001002 Workaround: Payment Gateway timeouts at peak Known Error
Until PRB is resolved, retry the transaction once after 30 seconds. The gateway connection pool is being increased under a scheduled change.
KB0001003 Connecting to the VPN How-to
Install the corporate VPN client, sign in with SSO, and select the nearest region. Split-tunnel is enabled for SaaS apps.
KB0001004 Requesting a new laptop How-to
Open a Service Request of type Hardware. Standard models ship in 3–5 business days; non-standard models require manager approval.
KB0001005 Known error: CRM export drops the last column Known Error
A fix is scheduled. Workaround: add a trailing blank column before exporting, or use the API export which is unaffected.
